At ComfyStep, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with the original packaging
Items that show clear signs of wear may not be eligible for a return.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We may request photos to assist with the resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items.
