There are no shipping fees, and the price you see at checkout is the final price for your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s leading courier companies.
They provide reliable nationwide delivery and allow you to track your parcel throughout the delivery process.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location within South Africa.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier logistics.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress until it arrives.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
ComfyStep cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before the order is dispatched.
